Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Panther mobile game ("the app", "we") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Panther has no user accounts and does not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details.
1. Information stored only on your device
To make the game work, the app saves the following on your device only. It is never sent to us or to anyone else:
- Your best score and the rank you have reached
- Settings such as sound on/off and whether you have seen the tutorial
- A random identifier created by the app, used only on your device
- Whether you allowed reminders, and when you last played (used to schedule on-device reminders)
Deleting the app removes all of this information.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Panther is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google's advertising software in the app may collect:
- Device identifiers, including the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) only if you allow tracking
- Your IP address, which can be used to estimate your general location
- Information about the ads you see and interact with
- Diagnostic and performance information (for example crash logs)
By default, Panther requests non-personalized ads. Ads are personalized only if you give permission:
- iOS tracking permission: the app asks once, using Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change your choice at any time in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland: you will be shown Google's consent message, where you can accept or refuse personalized advertising.

3. Fonts
The app loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When this happens, your device's IP address is sent to Google. See the Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
4. What we do not do
- We do not run our own servers and do not receive or store any of your information.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use in-app purchases or collect payment information.
5. Children
Panther is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Ads in the app are limited to content suitable for teens and older.
6. Data retention and deletion
On-device data stays until you delete the app or reset your progress in the game. Data collected by Google for advertising is kept according to Google's policies; you can reset your advertising identifier or turn off tracking in your device settings. We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date at the top.
